Our Prescriptions for Season 4
We spend the final podcast of the season discussing our suggestions for Season 4. Here's a preview:
Eric prescribes:
1. More Bailey! She has a solid marriage and a new baby and a score to settle over losing Chief Resident. Let's see it all.
2. Alex's back story. So he's as dark and twisty as Meredith? Cool. Show us the man behind the mystery.
3. Characters actually going on dates. Sometimes people, you know, date a few times before packing their things and moving in together.
4. Someone needs to goof, big-time. Let's face it, doctors are people, and people make mistakes. One of our doctors needs to use their malpractice insurance.
5. Introduce the new interns as characters, not just cardboard cut-outs for the main characters (and the viewers) to mock.
David prescribes:
1. Rethink the big sweeps episodes. Honestly, they don't all have to revolve around (almost) killing Meredith, who we know won't die anyway.
2. Get back to medicine. This is a medical drama, after all; let's see our doctors actually practicing medicine more.
3. Use the Free Clinic. The clinic holds a wealth of story possibilities; use it as more than a place to send characters when you don't need them.
4. Stop with all the sex. Sex is great, really, but it's totally gotten out of control. It should be part of a storyline, not a storyline unto itself.
5. Get Meredith some therapy. Seriously, the girl needs help after all she's been through. Caring and responsible friends would see that she gets it.
That's it, folks. Thank you for all your support, and we hope everyone will rejoin us in the fall. Over the summer, we highly recommend watching Kyra Sedgwick in The Closer on TNT, Monday nights. Trust us and tune in. We wouldn't steer you wrong, would we?

Season 3: Redux
We take a look back at a season that began with viewers hoping for a little relief after ending Season 2 with Denny's death. It's safe to say the relief never came. When did Grey's turn into a Chekhov play?

Season 3, Episode 25: Didn't We Almost Have It All?
In this finale of Season 3 pretty much nothing goes right for anyone except Joe and Walter. No more Burktina, no more MerDer, no new job for Bailey and, certainly, no fun for the viewers. Downer, anyone?

Season 3, Episode 24: Testing 1-2-3
Meredith probably won't mail Thatcher a Father's Day card after he humiliates her and makes her (almost) flunk her big exam. Plus, Ava becomes Rebecca, and Joe and Walter might become fathers. Let's hope they do better than Thatcher.

Season 3, Episode 22 and 23: The Other Side of Life: Part 1 and 2
It's 2-for-1 night at Seattle Grace, as we get our usual show plus a spinoff-that-isn't with Addison and her wacky, wacky friends. Plus, Meredith loses her second Mom in as many months while Cristina's two Moms plan a wedding around her.

Season 3, Episode 21: Desire
This episode causes men everywhere to cross their legs and squirm upon discovering what ails the VIPenis. Also, lots of obsession: Callie over Izzie, Addison over Alex, and Burke over... cake.
Here's the link to the 1997 documented case that Cristina mentioned in the show. Warning: graphic images. We're not kidding. For the squeamish, here's another version of the same story that has no photos, courtesy of The Straight Dope.

Season 3, Episode 20: Time After Time
Show #3 explores the phenomenon of Girly Cristina, the inadvisability of Mark as a wingman, and Bailey being her awesome self.
Here are the Wikipedia links to the episode/song title references for Season 1, Season 2 and Season 3. Thanks, Mindy!
Here's another Grey's Anatomy Character Quiz. This time, David is Bailey and Eric is... Bailey too. Can there be too much Bailey? We think not. And if you are interested in being a bone marrow donor, you can visit the National Marrow Donor Program at Marrow.org.

Season 3, clip show: Every Moment Counts
Our second show explores the un-necessity of clip shows and music videos, and we take our first visit to Dr. Fig's office for an inside report on real-life hospital hanky-panky.
Check out Grey's Diagnosis at ABC.com; David is Meredith and Eric is Cristina. Yikes.
